Clark Saenz

Clark Saenz is a tax and financial planning professional and one of the founders of Saenz Financial Services. Clark has spent nearly 20 years providing tax and accounting services for Colorado individuals and businesses. For many years, he teamed with Charlene K. Morton, CPA, a long-time Broomfield accounting, tax, and financial services firm. Charlene spent nearly 30 years helping local families and businesses solve problems. Upon her retirement, she turned the keys over to Clark, who added these fantastic clients to his own growing practice.

In addition to this, Clark has over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Past positions include Manager of Finance and Controlling for Vestas Wind Systems; Financial Manager and Global Controller for Sun Microsystems, and Manufacturing Controller at Motorola, Inc. Clark has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Colorado, and is an Enrolled Agent (EA) with the Internal Revenue Service. (EAs are licensed to represent clients before the IRS in any and all tax matters, and must maintain continuing education requirements to ensure their credentials are up to date.)

A proud Broomfield High School Eagle alumnus and supporter, Clark has been actively involved in the Broomfield, Thornton, Northglenn, and Westminster areas, coaching youth sports, volunteering for Junior Achievement, and supporting local high school business programs.
